This full-time, temporary role will run from 1st June to 19th July, with the possibility of continuing into September for the right candidate. The school is a friendly and values-led setting with a supportive leadership team and a strong community feel.
About the Role
You will be supporting pupils in Year 2, including children with additional needs such as ASD and anxiety. The role will include some 1:1 support, but staff rotate across a small group of children with needs, so you will not be restricted to working with just one pupil.

• Confident supporting behaviour in a positive and consistent way
• Able to build rapport with children quickly
• Flexible, proactive and happy to work across different pupils
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
